Eat from the Chuck Wagons Saturday, September 9th at 6 pm (line up early!) Cost is $20 per plate. Cash only at the door. No tickets are pre sold for this event. Enjoy authentic chuck wagon cooking prepared fresh right on site during the Ranch Rodeo. Each wagon will compete with each other for prize winnings for best all around wagon, authenticity & appearance and each food group.

Basic rules: Set your wagons up any time before 7:00 p.m. Friday, September 8th and plan to attend the Cookies’ meeting at 7:00 p.m. after setup. Wagon judging begins at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday morning and food is picked up at 5:30 p.m. Saturday evening for final judging. Winners will be announced during the Saturday evening performance as follows:
Best All-Round Wagon – $1000
Authenticity and Appearance – $500
Each Food Group – 1st Place $300 2nd Place $250 3rd Place $200
Reminder: All food items to be sent in for judging must be prepared/cooked over a wood burning flame and on the Posse grounds.
The PCSP will furnish the following items:
20-25 lbs. Meat 5 lg. cans Peaches (sliced, heavy syrup)
5 lbs. Pinto Beans 10 lbs. Potatoes
3 lbs. All Purpose Flour 1 med. bag Yellow Onions
2 lbs. Sugar
